Todd Shelton is made in Paterson, New Jersey. The factory started in 2012 in East Rutherford and moved to Paterson in 2025. It occupies 7,500 square feet and runs 52 sewing machines. Washing is done in-house. Nine people work there, including Todd Shelton.

The factory makes three products: blue jeans, button-up shirts, and crewneck t-shirts. Every product sold is made in this building.

Production runs in the following steps: Fabric is washed on arrival to stabilize measurements. Patterns are cut. One or two operators sew the complete product. Products are washed. Each product is measured and shipped from the factory.

The factory holds shallow inventory, one unit per size, and replenishes when sold. Delivery is 14 days, including production and transit.

The factory does not produce for other brands.
